JOB DESCRIPTION
Design and develop software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.
Implement distributed enterprise-level applications that model clients’ processes, practices, and concepts by designing service oriented architectures, deploying and configuring these components and supporting the development of application clients that access them
Research & analyze information to determine, recommend and plan installation of a new system or modification of an existing system.
Monitor, maintain and resolve J2EE application problems on WebSphere application server
Provide leadership to team involving web application and large database webpshere 6.x.
Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures.
Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics tasks for application and system equipment and provide risk mitigation plans for technical implementation alternatives
Prepare and document support infrastructure build and operations procedure.
Communicates concepts to technical and business audiences in both written and verbal form
Consult with engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software, develop specifications and performance requirements and resolve customer problems
Supervise junior staff members
Keep abreast of emerging software development |

REQUIREMENT
6+ years of progressive exp. in software development & 4+ yrs in TIBCO, Weblogic, Websphere Application Server, WebSphere Porta and WebSphere MQ and WebSphere Business Integrator Broker, Java Webservices, SOAP, WSDL C+, C++, QSC Server, Oracle, HTML, JavaScript, JSP, EJB, Spring/Hibernate/iBATIS, JCA, PHP, XML, SQL, JDBC and IBM HTTP; J2EE Unix(Linux/Solaris), Windows Enterprise application: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; Strong interpersonal skills; Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
